Over 1,000 Nigerian youths have been equipped with real estate skills and insights, thanks to a transformative training program organized by Baay Realty in partnership with top industry experts.
The session, which took place at the University of Lagos Business School, featured renowned facilitators including Debo Adejana of School Estate, Taiwo Anjorin, and Ayo Oniku of UNILAG Business School. The initiative is part of Baay Realty’s mission to combat unemployment by opening up lucrative opportunities in the real estate sector.
Speaking at the workshop, Segun Adegoke, CEO and Founder of Baay Realty, emphasized the power of sales mastery in real estate as a pathway to financial freedom. He described the program’s curriculum as a “carefully crafted blueprint for success,” designed to equip participants with practical knowledge to excel in real estate sales.
